• Cancellation of Services: If you cancel a service before work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Unresolved Technical Issues: If we are unable to resolve a technical issue within thirty days of your service request, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Subscription services or ongoing maintenance plans.
• Services that have been completed to your specifications.

4. Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within thirty business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
