We offer a range of clinical IT services, including but not limited to:

    IT consulting

    Technical support

    Database queries on RIS

    DICOM anonymization

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for Services will be outlined in the specific service agreement or invoice provided to you. Payments are due as agreed during the initial consultation. Late payments may incur.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of eHealth Systems Pty Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eHealth Systems Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Site or Services.
